Our Process
Discovery Call
The first step is to get on a call and learn about your business.
This is usually a 30-45min call where we get to understand your business at a high level, and see if there's a potential fit for a deal.
If there's a fit, great, we move to the next step. If not, no worries, still great to chat!
Structure a Deal
If there's a potential fit, we'll work out the headline terms of a deal that works for both of us.
Once agreed on the outline, we'll get into any required due diligence and put agreements together. This can take anywhere from 48 hours to 12 weeks, but for most deals expect around 6 weeks.
The Deal Meeting
Once we have the paperwork sorted, we'll complete the sale and then transition to a handover phase.
We usually run a six-week 'in the office' handover period, followed by six weeks with you on standby.
This is entirely flexible based on your needs and preferences and what shape the business is in.
